REDUCING THE FOOTPRINT OF IRRIGATED LANDSCAPES IN FLORIDA'S RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS

APRIL 21st | 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM | VIRTUAL

Collaborating with 1000 Friends of Florida, we will discuss how residential landscape irrigation is becoming Florida’s single biggest user of potable water. This presentation reviews examples and considers how to facilitate a more widespread shift in Florida’s residential landscaping paradigm by reevaluating financial implications, focusing on soils management, and redeveloping our plant pallet.
